ECRU New York has recently launched a Platinum Network of the top decision-makers in professional beauty. Always a hairstylist at heart, Carmen DePasquale CEO and Founder of ECRU New York, understands the power of building a community of like-minded business owners that can network with others, share their challenges, and gain inspiration. “The last couple of years created many new challenges for this industry. We owe it to our clients to offer resources and ideas that help them become the very best version of who they can be,” explained DePasquale.
The ECRU New York global network events have been in the making for the past year. We strive to building our business on Relationships. We talked to ECRU New York Salon owners. These talks revealed a pattern of the same concerns, questions, and uncertainties. So we went back to our roots, which have always been about sharing our trials and tribulations. This inspired us to focus on creating a networking group that was exclusive to the top decision makers in the beauty industry.

An exclusive club
The ECRU New York Platinum Network is an exclusive member-only group that enjoys a wide range of benefits. In addition to live and streamed global networking events, there are also best-in-class education support, backbar and stylist station support, in-salon promotional events, digital/marketing assets, and access to a community of the beauty business’s key decision makers.
The invitation-only debut event took place at DePasquale’s own home. Attendees discussed some of the most pressing issues they face today. The interactive talks featured speakers from ECRU New York. They shared their own personal stories and the way the company is adapting to the needs of today’s salon business. The day ended in typical Italian/New York style with guests feasting on homemade pizzas and pasta.



ECRU New York will be hosting four events per year around the country. We are a global company. So it was imperative that all of our ECRU New York Salons be able to join in to share their stories. This year the events will take place across the USA, while our members can join in virtually as well. Our goal is to bring this exclusive networking group around the globe. They will also be streaming the exclusive networking forums for their salon clients globally.
