Following the recent developments of the Novel Coronavirus in Italy, BolognaFiere, jointly with the Regional Government of Emilia Romagna and with the Municipality of Bologna, has decided to postpone the dates of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2020.
Following communications from the Italian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization regarding the Novel Coronavirus, BolognaFiere Cosmoprof SpA has decided to postpone Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna.
Initially scheduled from March 12th to 16th, the world’s most important fair for the cosmetics and professional beauty industry will take place from September 3rd to 7th.
“The latest news concerning Novel Corona Virus in Italy have forced us to review our positions,” says Gianpiero Calzolari, President of BolognaFiere. “In agreement with the Regional Government of Emilia Romagna and with the Municipality of Bologna, we have assessed the situation, and postponing the event is currently the most correct solution, to support Italian institutions engaged today in protecting our health.”
