Beth Carson, co-founder and Sr. Vice President of Business Development for Allvus, LLC, dba The Sam Villa Company, has decided to step down from her executive management role with the organization.
Although she will be leaving her day-to-day commitments, Carson fully intends to contribute to the company’s growth as a consultant, working in particular on product and business development strategies with Redken and other strategic partners.
“Beth has been a close friend for over 30 years and an invaluable business partner since we started this company. We couldn’t have built the business without her sales and marketing experience and her skills in strategic planning and business development,” says Sam Villa, Chairman.
“Beth helped build the brand to the success it is today and helped position the company for continued growth in the years to come. Working side by side with Beth has been a tremendously rewarding experience that I will always treasure. I’m pleased that this move allows Beth the opportunity to pursue other personal and professional interests while still maintaining a role with the company,”adds Kurt Garehime, President.
Carson will continue in her current role through mid-January and be present at the Redken’s Symposium with the Company.
