Allen Furlan channels Victorian-style updos and necklines, Goth black, and glam in this new collection.
In his latest editorial collection, Allen Furlan is channeling many different concepts and styles. He loves gleaning inspiration from iconic styles of the past and elaborating color, length, volume and texture for stunning contemporary updates. Indeed, This “Eclectic Collection” seems to reflect the Belle Époque, others more Victorian, Goth, and even Hollywood glam. There’s plenty of variety and inspiration, an updo quiff (and half-up one), textured curls, and a wide variety of waves.
Contemporary austerity
Overstated volume, soft yet controlled, mid-length curls perfectly frame this vintage make-up.The latex collar and gloves are the perfect contrast to white lace top covering the black crop top underneath. A contemporary twist to vintage portraiture.

Soft Goth
This half-up, sky-high beehive is pushed forward to contract with the wispy curtain fringe and loose hair down the back. Here contrast is provided by the ecru gloves and ivory rose add the contrast.

Bronze & Black
Lush asymmetric curls grace this otherwise rigid look. Honey blond and bronze create a halo for this dark angel.

Porcelain Doll
Platinum wooly coils tumbling over a biscuit porcelain complexion and overstated eyes for extra expressiveness.

Glam Galore
The utmost updo. Oversized with extra gloss to shine at any worldly event.
