Yes! Denman Professional will be the tools of choice for the GB Hairdressing Team during the OMC World Hairdressing Championships in 2023. Incredibly, this will be the first time in over a decade that the GB Hair Team will be participating in this international competition. Adam Gregory, Chief Executive and Head of Education and Training for the OMC Great British Hairdressing Team will be leading the team at the OMC World Hairdressing Championships to take place in Paris on 9th-11th September 2023.

“Centres of Excellence” for a star-studded roster
Adam Gregory has created a network of ‘Centres of Excellence’ in colleges around the UK. His ambitious mission is to build a legacy plan for the future of the GB Hair Team. More specifically, the plan is to focus on training and the creation of the Junior GB Team.
The UK regional heats for Junior and Senior teams will take place in these Centres of Excellence in April/May 2023. Then the National Great British Hairdressing Championships will take place at Central Hall in Southampton on May 27th and 29th 2023. This national competition will select four squads of 24. Categories are Junior Ladies and Junior Men’s for Under 23 and Senior Ladies and Senior Men’s for Over 23. Later, after an intense training period, 12 hair professionals from each category will be selected. These 12 will form the final GB Hair Team to compete at the OMC World Hairdressing Championships in September 2023. Denman will provide each trainer and competitor comprehensive tool kits and bespoke GB Hair Team branded Original Stylers.
