Commencing on Sunday 13th, opened and led by UNITE CEO & Founder Andrew Dale, Paramount Business 1, opened with the statement ‘Forget you own a business from this moment on, you own a brand’.
Designed for and attended by salon owners and managers, the Paramount Business 1 format guides delegates through a journey of branding, evaluation and creating a more profitable salon. Fundamentals delivered in an innovative format included creating a ‘strong’ team that believes in the vision of your brand as well as critical financial understanding.
The seamless transition into Paramount Business 2 brought delegates on another journey recreating a brand, honing in on management skills with a global approach to business building without the influence of preconceived ideas.
