Already in fashion for a few years, the rainbow trend returns to the catwalks. And it’s a winner! With the No Vacancy Collection, Steve English won the title of Creative Colourist of the Year.
Rainbow effect hair is back in the news. Symbol of uniqueness, freedom and even with that touch of madness that life often requires. So much so that the collection presented here – No Vacancy – won its author, the Australian hairdresser Steve English, the title of Creative Colourist of the Year at the Live Fashion Hair Awards.
But Steve is no stranger to awards. An expert colourist and thanks to his undisputed creativity in combining the craziest shades with the most natural shades, he is the current holder of the titles Australian Colour Specialist of the Year 2023 and International Colour Genius 2023. Owner of the Stevie English Hair salon in Sydney since 2007, he’s constantly looking for new, creative, innovative colouring techniques.
No Vacancy is popular for its colour inserts that animate tips and locks; for the brushstrokes of yellow, green and blue that light up raven lengths; for the sudden rainbow effects that go well on both long and short styles.
