“As much as I love Avant Garde hair, there is something very refreshing about simple, relaxed and sensual hair. The challenge with commercial hair is not to be too mundane or boring. This collection aims to inspire creativity but also be salon friendly. Our creativity is our passion, but we need to be grounded. We need to remember that a client’s hair is not simply a canvass, it our opportunity to create a style that will complete and compliment them as an individual,” says Vivienne Mackinder.
