The Framesi International Congress 2024 chose Budapest to host Frames of Life, a spectacular event for hair dressers.
From October 6th to 10th, the splendid imperial setting of Budapest hosted the Framesi International Congress 2024. More than 900 participants from over 30 nations attended this event. And they found shows brimming in inspiration and innovation, capable of combining art, fashion, and life stories.
The fascinating history and elegance of Budapest welcomed this manifestation of glamour and creativity. As participants arrived, they found a team paparazzi and walked along the red carpet to a backdrop. Here they posed while a photographer took personalized photos.This premiere-style welcome was just the beginning of five-days that promised a bundle of intense emotions.
Frames of life
The theme this year was “Frames of Life”. In addition to presenting the latest hair fashion trends, attendees enjoyed the personal and professional stories of hairdressers who succeeded in transforming their trade into an art form. Every exhibition featured a brief docu-film with interviews, enabling viewers to immerse themselves in the daily routine and passions of the protagonists, unveiling a more personal perspective that went beyond the individual’s creative talents.
The apex of the Congress featured shows that enraptured the audience. During the first part, on Tuesday, 8th October, stylists of international acclaim performed. They began by transforming their creative visions into tangible avant-garde looks with cutting-edge techniques. The second part took place on Wednesday, 9th October, and featured stars of such prestigious brands as Italian Style Framesi, Italian Style Energy and Italian Style International. New proposals and styles sure to influence future trendsetters in the hair sector took the stage and inspired the audience.
Down to Business
Another highlight of the 2024 edition was the Distributor Meeting, the meeting between Framesi and their international partners. Together they defined the objective strategies for the coming year. Special attention went to the expansion into two new markets: India and Armenia, demonstrating Framesi’s ongoing commitment to the growth of their own global network.
The Congress 2024 concluded with the usual “farewell party”, an elegant evening on the vessel Europa, anchored in the Danube. The magical nocturnal atmosphere provided the ultimate closure for this rich and emotion-filled event.
With the participation of the national and international press and and top influencers, like Floppy Rivero, Framesi ambassador for the Latin-American market, the International Congress 2024 once again confirmed its prestigious status in this sector.
There was one final surprise! The announcement of the 2025 edition will take place in Madrid. Moreover, this edition will celebrate 80 years of Framesi. This event will pay homage to the history of innovation and successes that made Framesi a leader in the world of hair-beauty. As Framesi Presidente Fabio Franchina shared in his final message to all those present on stage and behind the scenes: Framesi is my life.
