Step by Step
1. Prepare hair using the Medialdea Method texturizing techniques, then create curls with a 26mm or 32mm diameter curling iron. Brush hair, apply a little shine spray, and you’re ready to go.
2. Divide the head into two sections taking the tip of the eyebrows on each side as a reference point and passing under the crown. Secure the upper section with a clip.
3. Make a ponytail with the bottom section at the mid-nape using an elastic band, then place a pad on top to create a solid base to form the bun later on.
4. Release the top section then comb and smooth the entire section, bringing it back over the ponytail. Separate it into two sections, twist each section inwards and layer each one before securing them with pins.
5. Pull out a few strands to create additional volume.
6. Take the two sections held by the pins and join them under the ponytail with a tight elastic band.
7. Take the ponytail, twist it, and wrap it in a spiral shape around the pad. Then secure with pins.
8. Continue shaping the spiral, defining the lines and securing with flat pins around the pad.
