Making the most of the recent warm weather, award-winning hairdresser Sharon Malcolm opened her doors for a special fundraising evening in the sun.
The Summer Charity Evening tok place at the Sharon Malcolm Hairdressing salon in Newtownards, Northern Ireland, and raised £1,650 for the Hair & Beauty Charity and Marie Curie. The evening saw clients and friends enjoy drinks and canapes in the summer sun while enjoying live music and taking part in a special raffle with a whole array of tools, products and goodies up for grabs.
“Fundraising is really important to me and our annual summer charity events always go down really well with our clients,” said Sharon Malcolm. “While enjoying a drink with us and their friends, they help raise much-needed money for good causes. It’s important to be supporting the Hair & Beauty Charity as it’s such an essential organisation for stylists and people who work in our amazing industry. If I can do something small to make someone else’s life better, it makes everything worthwhile.”
