The names of the national winners at this year’s Kao Salon Division UK Global Creative Awards were announced on 29th July at The Standard, with stunning wrap-around views of the London skyline.
On what felt like one of the sunniest and warmest summer days that anyone could remember, the London skyline provided a shimmering backdrop to the Kao Salon Division UK Global Creative Awards 2024 ceremony. The UK & Ireland Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards were announced in front of an excited audience which included not only competitors and finalists, but also salon owners, media and judges.
Host for the event were Kao Salon Division UK & Ireland General Manager, Julie Winchester and Sales Director Mitch Lucas. They welcomed guests to celebrations which included lunch, followed by a private drinks reception. The winners’ announcements took place in the New York inspired Townhouse at The Standard, with stunning, panoramic views across the capital and beyond.

New Talent Colorist of the Year:

Creative Colorist of the Year:
Gold: Emma Jones – New Wave Hair
Silver: Gemma Miles – Hair by Phillip
Bronze: Luke Golson – Golson
Creative Haircutter of the Year:
Gold: Jacob Scully – ScullyScully
The UK & Ireland Global Creative Awards 2024 Gold winners (below) will now progress on to the international competition.
In addition to the international gold trophy, the global Gold winners of each of the 3 categories will receive worldwide editorial coverage, a cash prize of €2,500, global social media exposure and a three-day trip to London, the hairdressing capital of Europe.
