#IOWNME: The NAHA Award-Winning Collection by Stephen Moody

“My goal was to loosen the norm of what wins a hair competition,” says Stephen Moody about his collection #IOWNME.

Stephen Moody, Artistic Director of John Paul Mitchell Systems was honored by the PBA (Professional Beauty Association) with the NAHA Award at the 2024 North American Hairstyling Awards in the Haircutting category. What makes the collection special are the models – proud women over 40. With #IOWNME, Stephen shows that age is just a number and that women over 40 are just as beautiful as women under 25. “My vision is to celebrate proud and bold women through transformative hair colors, cuts, and photography. #IOWNME women are proud of their perfect imperfections and want to enhance, not hide, their silver hair,” he explains.
