“When working with both Margot and with Brie I always use my ‘Spun with gold’ technique,” explained Jacob. “I have drawn my inspiration mostly from Botticelli in its conjuring of a gilded, backlit effect to the hair in real life. This gives an overall solid but dimensional highlighting to the hair. Emphasizing light, movement, and dimension, the technique is achieved by using a balance of fine highlights woven throughout the hair. It’s natural, yet almost too good to be true. It’s an elevated version of your natural hair color or what you would dream of your natural color to be!“

1. Fine Highlights with BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ & BLONDME Premium Developer 10 Vol + ¼ oz Olaplex. 1:2
2. Balayage ends with BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ & BLONDME Premium Developer 30 Vol + ¼ oz Olaplex. 1:2
3. Rinse highlights apply Olaplex #2 as a stand alone treatment for 10 minutes 
4. On Damp hair apply Schwarzkopf Igora Vibrance 7-0 (20) on the roots + Igora Vibrance activator gel 6 volume (20) for 10 minutes total
5. Zone 2 (Middle section) apply 9-0(5)+9-4(5)+8-46(5) + Igora Vibrance activator gel 6 Volume (15) for the last 5 minutes
6. Around the hairline apply  9-0 (5) + 9-1 (5) + Igora Vibrance activator gel 6 volume (10) the last 3 minutes 
7. Lift up the ends rinse and Olaplex #4 shampoo & #5 condition

Brie Larson: Get the look!

1. Fine Highlights with BLONDME Lightener 9+ & BLONDME Premium Developer 7 Vol & 20 Vol. 1:1:1 
2. Balayage ends with BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ & BLONDME Premium Developer 30 Vol. 1:2
3. On damp hair apply IGORA VIBRANCE 7-0 + 8-11 + IGORA VIBRANCE Activator Gel 6 volume for 10 minutes 1:1:2
4. The last 3 minutes apply IGORA VIBRANCE 9-0 + 8-0 + Vibrance activator 6 volume 1:1:2. Lift up the ends and rinse, shampoo and condition
