David Corbett’s latest collection Numero Uno recreates that perfect paparazzi shot of a top celebrity caught in the moment and splashed across the tabloid glossies.
Clever use of texture framed by strong shadows creates a dishevelled edge to the hair in the Numero Uno Collection. This is combined with the un-posing, natural expressions, captures perfectly an A-lister’s unguarded split second in the flash of a camera. The collection’s foundation with volume and definition has a flavour of the early 80’s glamour which enhanced by rich but subtle wearable colour, reflects both David Corbett’s creative skill and his eye for a picture.
