The visionary Barcelona-based hairdresser Alexis Ferrer has once again astonished the industry with his latest evocative creative proposal: ‘Les Fleurs’.
Alexis Ferrer’s latest collection is a deeply poetic proposal that fuses craftsmanship, technology, and emotion into a visual narrative filled with symbolism, immortalized by renowned photographer Rafa Andreu.
With a chromatic palette that functions almost like makeup for the hair, Ferrer uses hand-applied layers of color to generate effects of volume and depth that evoke spotlights—without resorting to filters or digital tools. “All the color effects were done by hand,” affirms the Barcelona-based hairdresser. The shades, treated with the precision of a visual artist, allow the color to enter through the eyes while also awakening other senses, such as smell and emotion.

‘Les Fleurs’ was presented exclusively during the magnificent Wella Destination 2025 event in Malta, in a live demonstration that reaffirmed Ferrer’s place among the great international creators of the industry. Inspired by the floral world, the collection is based on the concept of the delicacy and light of flowers as a metaphor for life, hope, and creativity. Thus, flowers—symbols of color, fragility, and growth—guide the narrative of this collection.
The staging was enriched by styling from designers such as Txell Miras, Zoe Oms, and Little Creative Factory, whose shiny and pleated fabrics evoke technology while also resembling floral bouquets. As a whole, ‘Les Fleurs’ is an aesthetic and sensory experience that proves that in the hands of Alexis Ferrer, hairdressing can become a refined form of art.
