Eufora introduces a new format for monthly motivational meetings.
In response to increased participation in The Eufora Salon Owners Network (ESON), the company is excited to announce a new format for their monthly meetings. The program began on October 7th, with meetings via video podcast style from the Eufora Studio in Carlsbad, CA. The focus is increasingly on salon support.

Not familiar with the long-standing Eufora Salon Owners Network? Well, ESON is a peer-to-peer networking group for like-minded and growth-oriented salon owners. This new format reflects months of surveys and exploration into the most effective, efficient, and relevant resources for supporting salon owners.
How ESON works
Each month Eufora Co-Founder & CEOBeth Bewley will host the ESON meeting alongside a Eufora Business Team Leader. Together they will dive deep into critical strategies and tactics for building a thriving salon business. Salon owners from all walks are invited to listen in. They can then join the ESON Facebook page for further conversation and group networking post-podcast.
The new meeting format will also include a powerful lineup of guest speakers who will contribute their expertise and provide tools for success relevant to the monthly topics.
The new format kicked off on October 7th with “How to Plan for Your Best Year in Business”. During the session Bewley discussed the importance of planning now for the year ahead. She guided the group through the 5 pillars of strategic planning. Participants also heard from guest speakers Candace Gliatto, the Director of Training and Development at Qnity, Inc., and Stef Fox whose career in the professional beauty industry has included roles as a business leader, entrepreneur, executive, thought leader, keynote speaker, and team-building guru.
