With photography exclusively in black and white, the Poise Collection by Allen Ruiz captures the essence of sophistication and strength. It gets its inspiration the iconic looks of ’90s super models, the surreal doll like beauty seen on the runways of haute couture l and the nostalgic yet modern vibes of contemporary cinema.
Each model in the collection exudes confidence and self assurance, enhanced by the textural beauty of the hair and striking imagery. Using classic hairdressing techniques reinterpreted for a modern audience, Allen Ruiz shows voluminous waves, carefully crafted updos, and avant garde silhouettes that offer a fresh take on fashion’s most iconic eras.
