Bellus Academy continues to elevate its profile as a destination school for advanced education. Effective August 1, 2018, Bellus Academy named Diego Raviglione as Director of Bellus Professional.
In his new role, Raviglione will support the development and management of advanced education offerings serving licensed beauty professionals.
As a hairstylist, educator and innovator for nearly three decades, Raviglione has served as Wella Studios North America Artistic Manager and was named Wella’s 2012 Mentor of the Year. An accomplished artist, his work has been featured in leading fashion and beauty media including Allure, Cosmopolitan, Elle, InStyle and Marie Claire along with leading industry publications.
Although his new role will amplify Bellus Academy’s advanced education offerings for licensed hairstylists, Diego has a long history of partnering with Bellus Academy to prepare students for successful careers in the professional beauty business. His passion for mentoring and cultivating NextGen talent has been honored with three “Visionary Awards” presented by Bellus.
The Director of Bellus Professional position reflects Bellus Academy’s investment in supporting licensed hairstylists and educators with advanced education. Several members of Bellus Academy’s elite education team were recently among finalists for Wella Professional’s 2018 TrendVision USA Award. Throughout the year, the school’s educators showcase their expertise alongside the industry’s top talent at leading shows and competitions.
