This festival is a reflection of its location, Miami, a city full of elegance, intellect, and an undeniable specialty when it comes to party.
The four-day, awe-inspiring educational extravaganza focuses on professional growth, where attendees can expect a curated selection of top stylists to share their secrets through workshops, world acclaimed keynote speakers, and parties—both by the pool and behind Miami’s top velvet rope nightclubs.
The event is set to take place from January 9-12 and will feature an array of cutting-edge talent from Oribe Hair Care, R+Co, V76 by Vaughn, Smith & Cult, and Goldwell. Also included in the list are showcases from Howard McLaren, Garren, Thom Priano, Dineh Mohajer, Vaughn Acord, Ronnie Stam, Kien Hoang, Joey George, Coby Alcantar, Louis Orozco, IGK Salon, and Vivienne Mackinder, among many others.
Additional notable names will include: “Good to Great” author Jim Collins as the keynote speaker, Barney’s Creative Director Simon Doonan taking part in a special presentation, and comedian Natasha Leggero being featured as a guest host.
James Pecis will be present as the session stylist behind some of the most seminal images within contemporary fashion and will be present to immerse participants in the technical world of editorial styling. Known for his trademark braiding techniques and becoming the only hairstylist to work on an entire issue of Vogue Paris, James has recently joined Oribe Hair Care as Global Brand Ambassador.
This year’s event will be held at Mana Studios, a 115,000 square-foot facility located in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood — home to the famous Art Basel show and named one of Vogue’s “Top 15 Coolest Neighborhoods in the World.” The Wynwood Arts District is home to over 70 art galleries, stores, antique shops, bars, and one of the largest open-air street art installations in the world.
The weekend-long festival turns truly epic with a host of different parties including Sunrise Yoga, Beach Body Boot Camp, Pool Party, Golf and Poker Tournaments, Welcome Party at Miami’s Story nightclub, and Cocktail Parties for those seeking an action-packed end to each day!
