Pureology announces a major addition to its team, naming Noelle Strong as Head of Sales, Pureology US. In her new role, Noelle will lead the Pureology sales strategy to further elevate the brand and drive growth for the haircare and styling business, bringing innovative ideas and initiatives to market.
With over 20 years of beauty experience, Noelle began her career in the industry during her college years in Boston where she served as store manager for the local Bath & Body Works. A few years later, Noelle was recruited by Estee Lauder where she held multiple positions over the course of ten years ranging from counter manager to regional manager and ultimately, buyer at Filene’s for Estee Lauder brands.
Noelle’s spent the last 9 years at Kérastase Paris and Shu Uemura Art of Hair where, under the guidance of Leslie Marino, General Manager of Redken 5th Avenue NYC and Pureology, Noelle quickly climbed the ranks to Head of Education for the brand. During her time at Kérastase, Noelle’s drive and vision led to the creation of the brand’s first-ever National Artistic Network, The Kérastase TECH Team – the brand’s first step in establishing credibility within the industry as a brand that offers true education by hairdressers for hairdressers.

Coming full circle from her role at Kérastase, Noelle will once again be working closely with Leslie and her team and report into Tori Poulter, VP Sales, Redken 5th Avenue NYC and Pureology. As a self-described tough but devoutly loyal businesswoman, Noelle’s passion and strong skillsets within the sales and education divisions have positioned her well to help grow the potential of the Pureology brand.
