The color yellow stands for positivity, clarity, energy, optimism, enlightenment, remembrance, intellect, honor, loyalty, and joy, but it also represents cowardice and deceit. Yellow can also represent caution and in some cultures, jealousy.
“I wanted this collection to represent a vast array of different and sometimes conflicting emotions to reflect the crazy year I’ve had in the hair industry. It was crucial that the hair was the main focus of this collection. So while it’s bold, eye catching and strong, it also shows quieter more subtle reflective times of the last 12 months,” says Daniel.
