After drying the hair she applied Matrix ULM + 40 vol to the roots and then rinsed and toned the roots using 1/2 clear 1/4 6RC 1/4 4RV then using ColorSync toned ends with 3/4 Clear 1/8 6RC 1/8 4RV.
