Beauty Changes Lives will be at ABS – another great reason to join beauty industry professionals in this celebration and planning for the future.

America’s Beauty Show will be taking place from April 15-17, 2023, in Rosemont, IL, outside of Chicago and Beauty Changes Lives will play a leading role in the program. indeed, Sunday evening features the Changemakers’ Gala, an elegant evening benefiting Beauty Changes Lives. This wonderful non-profit organization is dedicated to empowering and equipping the current and the next generation of beauty professionals by providing resources, scholarships, education and mentorship opportunities.

Celebrating the industry

The Changemakers’ Gala will honor the legends of beauty and bring together industry members as a beauty family. This year, the Gala Emcees will be the ever-popular Sam Villa, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Sam Villa
and Global Artistic Ambassador for Redken, and Award-winning Author and Futurist, Minter Dial. As always, Founding Board Members Lynelle Lynch of Bellus Academy, Robert Passage of Pivot Point, and Jan Arnold of CND will host the event.

In addition, the Gala will host the official premiere of the all-industry KNOW Beauty SECRETS workforce recruitment campaign to the industry.

Monday morning, April 17, the KNOW Beauty SECRETS program will debut at an America’s Beauty Show Town Hall. The presentation will address the scope of the labor crisis in the professional salon industry. The focus will be on how the beauty industry must work together to solve a variety of issues. It will also explore the role each individual member of the industry can play in moving forward to secure the future.
