Created in collaboration with the New York painter Alvaro, a longtime collaborator of Canales whose glamorous, 50s pinup-style drawings of supermodels brought him fame beginning in the 1990s, the unique packaging is a love letter to the brand’s heritage. The playful wink both pays homage to Canales and speaks to the brand’s roots and its dedication to the art of hairdressing.
Oribe Canales was instrumental in its creation. The renowned editorial stylist and salon owner designed it as his dream alternative to dry shampoo. It absorbs oil and product buildup but at the time left a dull residue.
