The newest production from Edge Academy is a timeless collection made up of 8 classic shapes, inspired by the 1990’s supermodels. Think George Michael’s 1990 “Freedom” video & images from iconic photographer Peter Lindbergh.
Hairdressers can learn this new collection 2-ways, at the academy in San Diego, California or online as the team filmed each look as a step-by-step video this year. “The ‘Evaluate YOURSELF’ program is a 2-day haircutting “Boot Camp” class which will cover all 8 looks or join the Edge Membership to get free step-by-step videos,” says Anthony Edge, creative director.
Edge Academy is Anthony and Gloria Edge. They are hairdressers who love to inspire and create images. They bonded over the love of Quadrophenia (a movie loosely based on The Who’s 1973 rock opera of the same name), then discovered the perfect partner in one another as they nerd out over various subcultures, music genre, street art and the love of history, in particular-hair, fashion and trends.
