After 2 years of ‘zooming’ Inspire online, Sunday 12th June 2022 sees the Freelance Hairdressers’ Association back, in person, with their exciting FHA Inspire! event.
Hosted at a brand-new venue, the day-long FHA Inspire! event full of shows, education and networking, loved by many, to bring the freelance community together will not disappoint. With a fantastic line up of star-studded guests, friends, and supporters.
With support from Indola, L’Oreal Professionnel, Redken and also Wella, featured artists appearing include Alan Edwards, Emily Douglas, James Earnshaw, Paddy McDougall and Andy Smith. Each guest will host their own exclusive session focusing on everything from trends to hair up, cutting skills as well as colouring tutorials.
Who to expect
L’Oréal Professionnel Guest artist Alan Edwards will kick off the day at 10:15am. With members of his Art Team, Alan will present cutting and colouring techniques. These will help reinvigorate your approach towards your clients as well as your business. The team will be working with live models, demonstrating live step by steps so that you can walk away feeling inspired with new tools and techniques to transform your clients and create looks which are bespoke for them.
Following Alan, Jez Barnett from Innoluxe, will be on-stage at 11:00am. Jez will be focusing on what’s achievable by you for both the client and your business. Plus keep an eye out for a very exciting Innoluxe competition.
SHINEFINITY by Wella Professionals at FHA Inspire!
At 11:45am we will be joined by UKI Digital Ambassador and Wella Professional Team member James Earnshaw. James will be showcasing SHINEFINITY, the brand-new colour innovation from Wella Professionals. You won’t want to miss James’s latest fresh, beautiful and bold colour results on the gloss that keeps on giving!
After refuelling over lunch, at 14:00pm J C Auchamp from Salon Sustainability will be speaking about waste within the industry and the changes that hairdressers can make to become more sustainable. By working together, we really can make a difference.
At 14:15pm, we’ll be joined by Redken guest artist Emily Douglass. Emily will be doing an unmissable presentation. This will showcase high impact foilayage and dimensional toning techniques. Emily’s colour techniques are sure to leave you motivated and inspired.
Rounding off the day at 15:30pm will be Indola Global Ambassadors Andy Smith and Paddy McDougall as they showcase Indola’s inspiring latest Street Style Collection. Indola’s presentation will leave you wanting more as Andy and Paddy share how to create each look with the cuts and colour explained in full detail.
Exhibition Hall
Not only will there be these inspiring artists and brands but in the exhibition hall we’ll see the likes of Spencer Dudman Scissors, Kent Salon Brushes, Aston & Fincher, Purcey chair and many more.
