ghd has once again partnered with iconic British fashion designer Victoria Beckham to create ENHANCED TEXTURE, the hair trend for the Victoria Beckham AW22 LFW presentation.

In partnership with ghd, session stylist Cyndia Harvey and her team created an enhanced hair look for Victoria Beckham. This gets its inspiration from individuality and capturing the natural movement and texture of the models’ hair.

ghd’s tools are ideal for being backstage as they have everything you need to create any hair look. They are truly the most hardworking tools out there,” comments Cyndia Harvey.

The trend features an array of different styles and structures all with effortless shaping; think hair that looks like it’s been slept in, but with an effortless cool girl edge. The tools of choice were the ghd Helios hairdryer, ghd Platinum+ styler and the NEW Thin Wand to define curls. The ghd Unplugged styler is perfect for on-set touch-ups, solidifying its position as the fashion week backstage essential.

“ghd really are the best – I use them both personally and professionally,” adds Victoria Beckham.  “They’re the perfect partner for fashion week in particular, tools like the Unplugged have changed the way the teams are able to work backstage.”

PREP “To achieve the look today we started out prepping the hair with ghd Bodyguard Heat Protect Spray to create the perfect protection to protect from damage.”

STYLE “To really capture the natural look, we let the hair air dry then finished with the ghd Helios hairdryer. We styled
the sections with the ghd Thin Wand to add some definition to any natural curls or waves.”

FINISH “We used the ghd Unplugged styler, which is such a versatile tool and great for touch ups, to add any final extra waved motion in the hair and give it a little bit more texture to promote natural movement. To finish off we added the ghd Perfect Ending Final Fix Hairspray and ghd Curly Ever After whilst teasing the hair to keep the texture locked in placre.
