Ongoing concerns regarding the pandemic mean the 53rd edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna has been rescheduled. The event will now be held in Bologna from 28th April – 2nd May 2022.
Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is a 3-show-event, with different opening and closing dates. This is to facilitate the flow of visitors and enhance networking and business opportunities:
Cosmopack: Thursday, April 28th to Sunday, May 1st. Supply chain components as well as Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics for the the perfumery and body care sectors.
Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon: Friday, April 29th to Monday, May 2nd. Companies and operators dealing in finished products, equipment, furnishings and also services for professionals in hair, nails and beauty/spa.
The reason for the rescheduling of the 53rd edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is to facilitate the in-person attendance of international operators. “We wish to demonstrate real support for the cosmetics industry,” explains Gianpiero Calzolari, President of BolognaFiere. “We have a duty towards the more than 2,700 exhibiting companies confirmed to date. These are the institutions and associations that continue to support us, as well as the buyers and distributors who follow our initiatives to develop their business.” Enrico Zannini, General Manager of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof continues: “In our recent conversations with the stakeholders of the cosmetic industry, a strong desire to participate in in-person events is emerging. By postponing the 2022 edition to 28 April – 2 May, we can help operators better organise their visit to the show.”
