Anat was the mother of all gods, daughter of Ra, and primarily in Chaldean mythology, a Semitic goddess of fertility. She was frequently depicted with hair ornaments and a headdress similar to the other goddesses of Egypt, with whom she has sometimes been related.
The Egyptians were attracted to her vigour, and they worshipped her as a goddess of war who showed great ferocity in battle.
