Paul Mitchell just announced the winners of the 3rd Annual Paul Mitchell Color Outside the Lines competition. Grand prize winners will receive airfare and hotel accommodations to attend the Paul Mitchell Gathering, where they will be recognized during an on-stage presentation.
Winners will also have the opportunity to be part of a Paul Mitchell collection shoot (airfare and hotel accommodations, included)!
