Schwarzkopf Professional’s Essential Looks artists came together this weekend to welcome to the new Ikonic Collection in Edmonton, Canada.
Bringing some of North America’s best artists while educating hundreds of stylists in Edmonton, Canada, the Session Stylists team, composed of Kathy Simon, Rossa Jurenas, Jean-Sebastien Lacombe, Matty Conrad, Robin Bacon, Joey Marchese, Michelle Finlayson, demonstrated their talent alongside the iconic Tyler Johnson, and left the audience breathless with the gorgeous collections that were presented last night and this morning!
Sunday night was the lightshow, where models stomped on the runway and Canadian stylists got a flashy look at what they were going to learn in more detail the following morning. Smoke, metallics and editorial fashion was celebrated with cocktails and appetizers with the Edmonton view on display.
The beauty knowledge started Monday with some very HANDSOME men styled and cut by barbering expert Matty Conrad, who entertained the audience with his humor and skill, emphasizing the importance of the square silhouette to create a more “badass” feeling for male clients.
BLONDME followed with golden lights and shimmering manes with injections of color and cuts for the stylized and expensive clients that are looking for the latest looks. Kathy Simon cut onstage while Jean-Sebastien Lacombe styled updos that emphasized the flawless painting.
Inspired by the #throwback fashion movement, this Autumn/Winter Schwarzkopf Professional brings their most IKONIC LOOKS to the foreground presented onstage by Tyler Johnston & Rossa Jurenas. Since 1997, there have been over 40 ESSENTIAL LOOKS Collections, translating directional runway trends into wearable salon looks for hairdressers worldwide. These looks revive and celebrate the most iconic cut, color and styling looks from past collections – showcasing that they are still just as relevant today as they ever were!
The ESSENTIAL LOOKS IKONIC Collection is available beginning October 2017!
