Commencing with this Spring Summer 18 fashion week season, the visionary session stylist and his team are using the full range of ghd tools to create Souleiman’s much anticipated runway looks.
Iconic hair styling brand ghd announced session stylist Eugene Souleiman as fashion week ambassador. The announcement comes in addition to Souleiman’s long standing role as Wella Professionals’ Global Creative Director for Care and Styling. It also reflects the breadth of Coty’s Professional Beauty Division which includes a category-leading portfolio of salon professional brands, such as ghd and Wella Professionals.
Beginning backstage at the Jeremy Scott SS18 show in New York last Friday (watch the video here!), Eugene and his team will exclusively use the ghd award-winning range of stylers –including the ghd platinum® styler– ghd hairdryers, brushes and the curve curling range to create the hotly anticipated hair trends for the coming season. Souleiman’s busy agenda will take him to New York, London and Paris and includes high profile shows such as Jeremy Scott, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, Versus Versace, Tommy Hilfiger, Acne and Thom Browne amongst others.
As a long term fan of ghd, Eugene remarked: “I appreciate quality and ghd has a long standing reputation in our industry. I am also thrilled that my fashion week team now has access to their full range of tools.” “Expanding my relationship with Wella to include ghd feels like a natural progression. In addition to this partnership, ghd tools were also used backstage at the Alexander Wang show in NYC on Saturday 9th, and will be used at the Julien Macdonald show in London on Monday 18th September.
