Autumn brings new and exciting industry events, including September’s Taiwan International Beauty Show & Industry Forum.
Summer is still underway but the busy hair and beauty industries are already looking ahead, to the upcoming season of events and professional appointments. Once such event is the Taiwan International Beauty Show and Industry Forum, scheduled to begin this year on 21st September at the Taipei World Trade Centre.
As Taiwan's only B2B beauty fair, the organizers can expect large numbers of visitors, eager to discover the latest news in their own sector, as well as many brands, keen to both promote their own products or services and to network with other producers and distributors. This year's event places great emphasis on environmental sustainability issues, with a focus on green brands and products – companies such as hair products manufacturer “O'right” and sister brand “Shan” will be presenting their organic hair and beauty care products.
Parallel with these issues is the question of packaging, and market leaders in the field (including Pin Mao Plastic and Meei Jeng Paper Products) will be on-site to present the very best in eco-friendly and top-design solutions. Visitors can also expect to see the very latest in product innovation and technology.
The Taiwan beauty industry has invested significant time and economic resources in research and development, with striking results. One example is the company Gold Nanotech, which has worked for more than twenty years on incorporating nano-gold leaf into skincare products. Meanwhile, established company Shen Hsiang Tang will be present with their extensive range of MIT skincare products, based on the philosophy of “simplicity and authenticity”.
Beauty forums will also be open, discussing topics of interest such as the global cosmetics market, consumer trends, industry regulations and the latest technologies.
