The Biggest Hairdressing Stars make plans for America’s Beauty Show, March 25th-27th including Anthony Mascolo, founder of the TIGI International Creative Team that will present at the CosmoProf Main Stage on Sunday, March 26th at 1:15pm.
The blockbuster event, ABS, is owned and produced by Cosmetologists Chicago and offers 400+ exhibits featuring hair care and color, nails and skin care, tools and salon furnishings.
The ABS Runways, including the CosmoProf Main Stage will also be featuring the likes of Guy Tang, Ricardo Santiago, Anna Cantu and more; and The SalonCentric Theater-in-the-Round – featuring Sam Villa, Justin Isaac, Ammon Carver, Chrystofer Benson, Nicholas French and more. Both come to life with non-stop education during all three days of ABS.
Revered for his hairdressing excellence, Anthony is an icon to generations of hairdressers. Constantly pushing boundaries and striving to elevate his conceptual ideas to an ever-higher level, Anthony believes on-going training leads to progression and success. His philosophy is to constantly share knowledge and inspire others. This is achieved by making his latest work available through TIGI Education.

The 2017 TIGI Collection: SHIFT, shows a changing mood in hairdressing and colouring, embracing natural texture and creating personalized, distinctive styles. Eight new cuts and colors have been created to inspire the creation of forward-thinking looks for the contemporary client.
For the new Collection, the TIGI International Creative Team utilized evolving information to inspire, refresh and upgrade their work. Color often leads the overall look giving the colorist creative power to work with the stylist in the creation of powerful, visual elements. Layering is used to make colors appear stronger, fringes to de ne shape and curl to create a new, editorial-inspired feeling. This new format and attitude, with strong shapes and colors, readiness the cuts to give a specific mood, created through the starting point of color choice.
SHIFT comprises eight new haircuts and color techniques providing the foundation of 2017 creative education programs in TIGI Academies across the globe.
