Affinage recently held its annual training conference in San Diego. Led by Catie Hansen, the brand’s national education manager, the four-day conference included the National Education Team as well as Distributor Brand Managers.
The focus for the global hair care brand was to create increased awareness throughout North America, exploring and implementing a new progressive way of thinking and executing education.Topics included new product training, updates and networking… each met with great enthusiasm.
Said Hansen, “We feel in a industry that is ever changing, we as a brand need to continually explore new ideas and concepts to encourage overall creativity and growth.”
The team was brought together to experience the value of networking and sharing their ideas in one arena in an effort to unite and create, encourage and promote excitement throughout the brand. National team members were asked to share one of their personal favorite creative technique and product, how it motivates them and contributes to the creative process they present to the stylists in the professional beauty industry.
The team was presented with an exclusive sales-focused program for 2017 that will help drive Affinage’s philosophy of sales through education even further. Explains Hansen, “The information our team acquired during the conference will inspire and help them provide a multitude of methods and ideas to assist our partnering distributors, salons and stylists grow and expand their Affinage business in 2017.”
