Effervescene has, undoubtedly, become one of the most important hairdressing shows in Spain, featuring and attracting the most outstanding Spanish avantgarde hairdressers who are not afraid to take a plunge in deep water.
The name of the show is a play on words that was reflected onstage – an effervescent scene that is not afraid of explosive experimentation! Effervescene was an educational show packed with mesmerizing ideas, tricks, creativity, where the specially invited hairdressers explained all the techniques used to create their latest work live and onstage. Only seamless hairdressing was seen on the stage organized by Mikel Luzea and brought by the support of this year with luxury sponsors: Revlon Professional, Videocinco, Salon Look Madrid and the colaboration of OMAT.
As the third edition of the groundbreaking event, the audience was honored with the participation of four leading Spanish teams.
MIKEL LUZEA: His avantgarde collections are seen in professional magazines around the world, many times snagging top placement like the covers. Among many other awards, he has two AIPP Awards and has participated 6 times in the Alternative Hair Show in London.
DAVID RODELAS: Undoubtedly one of the most leading figures of the Spanish male avantgarde hairdressing. His shows do not leave anyone indifferent. Among other accolades, his most prized award is a Figaro Award.
FELICITAS: She was the first woman who won 2014’s Spanish Hairdresser of the Year – Figaro Award. Her long line of trophies and statuettes include an AIPP, and this year for the first time she participated in the Alternative Hair Show in London. Her collections are common illustrating many professional magazines around the world.
MANUEL MON: This Spanish avantgarde master won a Figaro Award and the International Style Master Award, undoubtedly know as one of the the leaders of the Spanish hairdressing.
