Charming is not the work one would use to describe NOISE. Maybe more adequate words are alternative, fashionable and with just the right amount of grungy attitude only apt for a hair show with a surprise location in Central London!
In the usual NOISE style, attendees were kept in suspense until the very last minute as clues about who was appearing and where NOISE was taking place were steadily revealed with the final details being revealed just hours before the event took place.
“The essence of NOISE is to share knowledge, passion and inspiration. We want together to inject energy into the world of hairdressing and push the industry forward, taking creativity to a new level,” said Richard Ashforth, Saco International Creative Director and Founder of NOISE.
Last year, the setting for NOISE was a beautiful empty church in uber-cool East London, and this year, Professionals waited anxiously for the surprise. As soon as word was out, hundreds made their way across Central London to the Institute of Contemporary Arts, and ESTETICA was there LIVE to catch the action, which we now want to share with you!
After the amazing success of its previous 4 editions in London, the Saturday of Salon International weekend was the wild time where beauty clashes with the underground culture dominating youth and their style amongst the more daring hair artisans. NOISE was created by Saco International Creative Director, Richard Ashforth, and this year featured the following, inspirational teams: Saco Hair, Jaga Hupalo, Tyler Johnston, Zgat Academy, Mark Anderson @ Creademic, X-Presion and Tim Hartley!
