With his new collection which is inspired by the early 20th century German Art Group ‘Brücke’, Hans Beers Hair Stage wants to build a new bridge to the purity of life, a world of beautiful people with their emotions in it.
In the beginning of the last century the German art group ‘Brücke’ was founded. ‘Der Blaue Reiter’ soon followed them. These expressionists were fighting against the mechanisation of society. Which was under pressure from the fast growing industrialization. The artists wanted to build a future in which humans could feel human again. In this future world there would be plenty of room for emotion, simplicity, spontaneity and solidarity.
More than a century later, the same movement has risen once more, only not against industrialization but against the digitalization of this world. The urge for an own identity and personal feelings are leading. Bright colors, bold shapes, simplicity, spontaneity and solidarity are key.
