When world-renowned Russian stylist Georgy Kot landed in Los Angeles to begin his first coast-to-coast U.S. tour, he carried some very precious cargo: his favorite Keune Haircosmetics products!

During his seven enthusiastic hours of stage artistry, Kot demoed his famous hair sculptures, including his “hair flower,” to stylists who were eager to learn his techniques.
“In my 40 years in the beauty industry and observing artists from around the globe, I’ve never seen such an amazing facilitator and entertainer as Georgy Kot,” Ottinger says. “He is the ultimate showman, artist and trainer for his long-hair specialty design work.”
Kot presented a look-and-learn and hands-on seminar in New York City for local stylists, as well as hairdressers from as far away as Africa, Brazil, Canada, Oregon and India. Rachael Hoffman, Keune Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development; Leah Scherer, Keune Regional Salon Specialist; Shannon King, Keune Educator; Brett Kurri, Paramount Beauty Brand Specialist and Donna Maggi, Paramount Beauty General Sales Manager, attended the event, which was arranged in partnership with Keune distributor Paramount Beauty.
“Both of these events were a great success for Keune North America. They gave us a unique opportunity to build on our relationship with this international hair superstar and garner more brand awareness in the market,” Hoffman says.
