Sharon Blain is one of the most lauded hairdressers and educators in the world today. Sharon’s scope of diverse skills and hairdressing techniques has earned her the respect as an exceptional teacher. Here, she shows us how anything can be a tool for texture, even a coat hanger!
“I often do a set like this when I want a different texture and not a traditional wave result,” says Blain. “The set is done on dry hair and sprayed with Goldwell Hot Form for control, a hair straightener is then used to set the hair. When looking for a more dishevelled and contemporary look, this is a quick simple way to achieve a great textured result.”
