With this in mind, Eufora National Business Trainer and Eufora Salon Owner Network National Coordinator, Joanne Magana, has taken on a new role at Eufora International. Joanne has joined the corporate team in the newly created role of Director of Business Education.
Joanne will work closely with Eufora leadership to design and implement a powerful in-salon business curriculum. She will help to identify and train potential Business Educators, and arm them with the tools to conduct classes on Eufora business systems at a local level. All Business Trainer Candidates will be required to attend a Eufora Boot Camp and Advanced Training to begin the journey toward becoming a Certified Eufora Business Educator.
Joanne will continue to lead the Eufora Salon Owner Network Program with a new platform centered on the salon guest.
Throughout 2016, quarterly meetings will take Eufora Owners and Managers on a journey that will not only create the foundation for an exceptional salon experience for guests, but will also introduce exciting, new and forward thinking concepts to compete and win in the ever-changing landscape of salon ownership.
