The 2016 TIGI copyright ©olour™ Tour has concluded with their final stop in Calgary, Canada this past Sunday. After 3 months, 6 stops, more than 1,000 total attendees, Anthony Mascolo and the TIGI International Creative Team completed their 2016 tour!
TIGI copyright ©olour Tour journeyed far and wide, targeting the major cities, Miami, Orlando, Costa Mesa, Scottsdale, Chicago and finally Calgary on Sunday with their final stop where the TIGI International Creative Team (Akos Bodi, Thomas Osborn, Richy Kandasamy, Renee Valerie, John Radu Christel Lundqvist and Gina Khan) entertained more than 300 total guests with cut, colour & style techniques, including the debut of Custom Collection Brunettes launching in September and shared news of Gina Khan’s arrival at TIGI as the new TIGI Copyright Colour spokesperson.
The spirit of the tour is to share and reaffirm the TIGI culture within its own. Presented by Elisa Fischer, General Manager TIGI Americas, the intimate workshops were lead by one of the biggest hair legends of our industry, Anthony Mascolo, who is the acclaimed founder of the brand throughout his 40-year trajectory in the trade. Next to Anthony the following list of acclaimed TIGI International Creative Team were teaching: Thomas Osborn, Akos Bodi, Christel Lundqvist, Pat Mascolo, Richy Kandasamy, Becky Grace Knight, Josh Mascolo…
The tour focused on teaching the Team’s signature styles and their unique TIGI Copyright©olour techniques, where colorists can create an infinite number of shades from fundamental to the most creative results, enabling professionals to push their artistry. The shades can be used alone or intermixed, even between permanent and demi-permanent shades to create iridescent, high shine, soft permanent results.
TIGI colorists on stage showed the stylists how to use the TIGI 24/7 mobile application – allowing hairdressers to access exclusive formulas, techniques, inspirations and more! Interactive features include access to a complete library of colour and cutting techniques with videos and step‐by‐steps, an advanced interactive drawing board, inspirational colour mood boards, and the ability to make in-app bookings for Academy courses.
