HOW-TO:
– Pre-lighten hair using an ombre technique with Pure Light Power Lightener and choice of developer. Process until level 10 lightness is achieved.
– Shampoo, condition and dry the hair.
– Apply equal parts VIVIDS Blue Topaz and PASTELS Mystical Mint to pre-lightened hair.
– Process 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
– Shampoo, condition and protect with the VIVIDS Color Protect aftercare line.
– Style as desired.
