Julie Mustoffa is an internationally renowned hairstylist known for her trendsetting vision and extraordinary skill. A veteran in the salon industry, Mustoffa has been a working hairdresser since 1982 as well as platform artist for numerous companies beginning in 1986. Co-owner of The Parlour salon in Denver, Colorado, she believes in continual education and has played an integral role in developing several educational programs for not only The Parlour, but for Brocato, MOP, and abba.
