How does an educator inspire students to participate in class and stay interested in the technique at hand? They get them involved the outcome so they have a vested interest in the content.
That’s exactly the method Lori Panarello, owner of I.d salon (New York), used at BSG Baltimore Fashion Focus.
“Our model had a beautiful square face shape and green eyes, I knew a round haircut shape and a bold killer red would look amazing on her. I then let the audience decide whether or not to leave the longer soft pieces. I think they chose well!” said Panarello.
Color: Goldwell Topchic 7KR and 6KG with 20 Volume.
Cut: The longer pieces the audience chose were created with a razor to add movement and texture to the cut.
“This is a very impactful makeover that can be used to showcase skill, so post makeovers like this on Instagram, share on Facebook and add to your Pinterest Makeover Board,” says Patrick McIvor, Artistic and TechniCulture Director for Goldwell and KMS California and Techni-Color Director of Arrojo.
