Beauty Changes Lives. Of course it does. It always has and it always will. This is why the beauty industry’s elite came together tonight in a wonderful gathering in the city of Chicago, where the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation posthumously honored the legendary Leo Passage with the 2015 Legacy Award.
The event, hosted by Cosmetologists Chicago, America’s Beauty Show, and Pivot Point International, Inc., commemorated the outstanding life and accomplishments of Leo Passage, the founder of Pivot Point International, Inc., for his contributions to the beauty industry and his remarkable vision in cultivating NextGen talent.
His wife Lenie and son Robert Passage received the Legacy Award from Beauty Changes Lives founder Lynelle Lynch, and explained how Leo was instrumental in changing the face of our industry forever, paving the way for thousands of young hairdressers students around the world who are working steadily towards a brilliant future in the beauty industry.
The evening also afforded everyone an opportunity to view The Art Institute’s Modern European Galleries, home to many of the Bauhaus works that inspired Leo Passage during his early years in Chicago.
