Bob Wild How To! Jessica Lange & Kristen Wiig Looks by Wella Professionals’ Andy Lecompte

Double the sophistication, double the fun. Jessica Lange and Kristen Wiig went bob wild at the Golden Globes this year and wore two different versions of bob inspired looks. 

The hair raising moments were all thanks to Wella Professionals Celebrity Stylist Ambassador Andy Lecompte. Jessica wore a bob with soft waves, while Kristen Wiig wore a straight bob that complimented her nicely. Here’s how to achieve the looks…

Jessica Lange Step-by-Step Styling:

1. 1. Start with freshly washed and conditioned hair using Wella Professionals Elements Renewing Shampoo and Daily Renewing Conditioner.
2. 2. While hair is damp, apply a generous amount of Wella Professionals Extra Volume Mousse to the roots then blow dry using a large round brush.
3. 3. To set the waves, wrap 2” inch sections of hair around hot rollers and remove after 15 minutes.
4. 4. Back comb hair from the roots and gently tousle curls using your fingers.
5. 5. Spray an even layer of Wella Professionals Stay Firm Finishing Spray to prevent flyaways.
6. 6. Finish look with a mist of Wella Professionals LuxeOil Light Oil Keratin Protection Spray for extra shine, texture and movement.

Kristen Wiig Step-by-Step Styling:

1. 1. Start with freshly washed hair using Wella Professionals LuxeOil Shampoo which helps nourish hair and add shine.
2. 2. Spray a liberal amount of Wella Professionals LuxeOil Leave-In Conditioning Spray to damp hair and then comb through.
3. 3. Blow dry the top section of hair using a small round brush and use a larger brush for the remaining hair.
4. 4. Take the top section of hair and form into a pin curl, securing with a clip near the temple.  
5. 5. Once the pin curl has set, release the wave in the front of the head and mist with Wella Professionals Stay Essential Finishing Spray.
6. 6. Dispense 1-2 pumps of Wella Professionals Pearl Styler into your hands and apply the primer to the entire head for a silky, sophisticated look.
7. 7. Finish the look by lightly spraying hair with Wella Professionals LuxeOil Light Oil Spray to add shine and tame fly-aways.
