The formula is free of persulfates, making it significantly gentler on the hair than a traditional two-step decolorizing and toning process.
New Keune Tinta Color Lift & Color mixes with 6, 9 or 12% Tinta Color Developer, depending on the hair’s health, the natural level and the desired result. It processes for 30 to 50 minutes.
