A Design of Old Salon Charm: Sally Montague Hair Group

Salon design of the Sally Montague Hair Group expresses a strong emotional component. There is a total of six salons and the last one opened in 2013 on the 30th anniversary of the brand.

The Sally Montague Hair Group, partner salon of L’Oréal Professionnel, opened a new space in Sadler Gate, Derby (UK).

Arranged over three floors, with 170 square meters, the new salon was born after deep recovery work. The original structure has been styled with wood, stone, and shades of gray and pink. The brickwork integrates with antique furniture and recovered in yards of small shops by Sally’s husband, Garrick Sayers.

Each area is well characterized: the basement is modern and practical; the ground floor opens separate from the reception through a set of double doors coming from a French chateau of the 18th century. The first floor accommodates the customer with chandeliers, fireplaces, exposed brick and plaster decorations. Just beauteous!
